Robotic knee replacement surgery Patient with rheumatoid arthritis with severe changes in both knee , instability and inability to weight bear and walk even with support. Bilateral knee replacement surgery done single sitting. Tibial rod used both side , minimal bone cutting from tibia and reconstruction with screw and cement and augmentation with rod . Thats all needed to balance the knee . Patient started walking full weight bearing from very next day with walker support. By 15th day she is independent without support, painfree .
